We want to inform you that our lack of current news is due to other works for the site. We are currently getting soundtracks and cheats/unlockables, ready for posting to gamers blog 1.0

After we get what we need set up, we will be posting more up to date news, trailers, etc.  stay with us. We appreciate all the visitors and views on our page. We are planning big things for the future, but we have to set this up right. 

Once again, thank you and we hope to make this a site where everyone can be apart of.  And I may seem over the top, but watch out IGN. We are trying to get in the game and compete.  Nothing wrong with some competition 🙂

Resident Evil 2 “remake” confirmed by Capcom

  
It has finally happened! Capcom has confirmed the remake of the awesome Resident Evil 2. Thanks to the feedback and support of the fan made remake from InvaderGames, Capcom took notice. Yoshiaki Hirabayashi, the producer of the Resident Evil HD remake, pitched the idea to the Capcom bosses and they have agreed and confirmed the RE2 remake.

Also, InvaderGames has been invited to Capcom to discuss project ideas. The fan made project has been dismissed at request from Capcom, so they can lead up the remake themselves. Wich makes sense. But they will have part in discussion of ideas and I’m sure development.

  
It has been announced that the remake is still in the very early stages of development, and Capcom will release an update when the time comes. Until then all we can do is sit and wait like little kids excited for Christmas Day.

I must say that I feel the remake will of course have better graphics, better controls, all around better gameplay, but hopefully they add some extra spice to this to make it better than the original. I guess we will see. 

On top of this, it is said that a remake of Resident Evil Zero will be done too. Of course the original RE has been remade. Now we just need one for RE3 and bam! Great originals back in the modern day.

I honestly can’t wait! Us fans have been wanting this for years now, and we are finally getting our wish. A big big thank you to Invader Games for there project and getting Capcom to get this going. And thank you Capcom for agreeing to this project for us.

We would like to take the time to thank all the creators of the classic videogames. The ones who worked hard on the ideas to give us videogames. This is a dedication to you.

Without the Cathode Ray Tube, Magnovox, and Atari we probably wouldn’t have what we do today. Many today have no idea what we are even talking about. It is suggested that you research your gaming history, and learn about these old systems and games. It’s quite interesting. It’s so fascinating how we have gone from the ray tube to the ps4/Xbox one. 

So here is a big big thank you to, Thomas T. Goldsmith jr., Estle Ray Mann & Team( cathode ray tube amusement device), Ralph Baer and Team ( Magnovox Odyssey), & Atari Inc. (Atari).

Much respect and appreciation to these creators of our videogame entertainment. You are not forgotten.
